gh22 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between gh22 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("you", "user"). By accessing or using the gh22 website, you agree that you have fully read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

A user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and the associated deposits and bonuses may be forfeited.

• Do not share your login details with any third party.

3.1 Account Transfer

Transferring, selling or otherwise moving any gh22 account to another person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the account will be permanently closed.

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used to deposit funds at gh22. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300.

• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits received from third-party accounts will be rejected and returned to the sender.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If identity verification has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended.
• Withdrawals may be investigated if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing a balance that includes bonus funds.

gh22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following general terms and conditions apply to the use of these bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get a bonus of ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 and get a bonus of ৳5,000 → total balance ৳17,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A user may claim any one bonus offer only once.
• If a bonus offer is not used within the specified time limit, it will expire.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
• gh22 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

The following rules apply to all types of betting and gaming activities on the gh22 platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered final once it has been successfully confirmed by the system. gh22 is not responsible for incomplete bets due to connection issues or technical errors.

6.2 Sports Betting

• The outcome of bets on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports will be determined in accordance with the relevant international rules.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Bets can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events and FIFA matches.

6.3 Casino Games

The rules of the relevant game provider apply to live casino, slots and other games. The individual rules for each game can be seen in the game interface.

6.4 Technical Errors

Any winnings generated as a result of software errors, incorrect odds or incorrect payouts will be considered void. gh22 reserves the right to correct bets and payouts in such cases.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gh22 platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to meet bonus requirements through artificial means.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Hacking, manipulation or any kind of fraudulent activity.
• Use of prohibited software, bots or automation tools.
• Threatening, harassing or insulting other users on the platform.
